Privacy

How River2Sound handles the information you share with us through this website.

River2Sound respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you browse. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share information about your visit. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

When you contact us. If you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.

How we keep it

  • Messages are delivered to our team by email and kept in a private backup log on our own server, so nothing gets lost.
  • We keep messages only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them on request.
  • We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share it with sponsors or partners.

Spam protection

To keep the contact form free of spam, we use a hidden “honeypot” field, a limit on how many messages can be sent in a short time, and Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that usually runs invisibly. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and processes limited technical information to tell people from bots.

Children

Our website is meant for parents, guardians, educators and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.

Photos

How we handle photos of participants is described in our photo policy.
